This monthly practice focuses on: Mindful breathing & Body awareness. Our simple mind training exercises will bring clarity and awareness, by practicing regularly, you will develop the ability to respond wisely, instead of reacting blindly, to everyday challenges.
These classes are for anyone. Whether you’re an absolute beginner to meditation, or you’ve been doing it for sometime, here’s something from us to you! We are offering our free guided meditation classes via Facebook Live so you can try it out for free to see if it’s the right fit for you. **Classes will be held on the last Tuesday of each month, starting February 26, 2019 at 8pm ET, 5pm PT.
