Core Program

Our core program is 8 weeks long and will be held for each group (beginners, intermediate, advanced) separately, and it includes:

  • A brief introductory interview to understand the personality type and offer proper meditation techniques accordingly
  • Guided meditation practice
  • Open discussion about the experience and feelings arise during meditation
  • Take away exercise for the week

Classes will be held weekly by advance registration.
