In this walking meditation, you are simply combining your breaths with your steps, walking slowly and concentrate on the steps you are taking…
Eventually, you can learn how to walk as a free person, free from the past and the future…. and live in this moment.
Then Thay explains more, he talks about the phrases you can use while conducting the walking meditation:
“I have arrived, I don’t run anymore, I have arrived at the moment”
